In an earlier post I discussed the fact that Symbol was a difficult customer, and they certainly were.  They also made our code better because they demanded that is was better.  The demanded better power-savings through software changes.  They demanded a decrease in CPU usage.  Because of their demands, all of our customers benefited from a much more reliable product.
