Global Neighbourhoods: How you audition to become a star these days.

Shel posts a great video.  The name of the group is Naturally Seven and they are  actually from New York.  Watch the first video – this is what Shel posted.  On the commute in England Paris, from what I can gather.  The group is amazing, and it’s funny watching the other riders respond.  At first they look almost afraid (especially the middle-aged white folks!).

Eventually they come around though (most of them).

The second video is the same song professionally recorded.  Amazing sound.  Gotta get them on my Zune!

 

 

Adrian Moss, who I met a year ago in Brighton, England sent this YouTube clip to me via my FaceBook FunWall. It’s a great clip of some guys breaking out into an astounding R&B performance during a regular British Tube commute. It’s interesting to notice the number of camera phones you see in the 2-minute clip. Social media may be like the more conservative folk in this clip. It takes them a while, but they d get into it.
