JS-Kit: Ratings widget

Finally!  Ratings šŸ™‚  And free!

And yes, only two lines of code!

For my blog I just stuck the code in my single.php file.

<div class=”post-content”><?php the_content(‘<p class=”serif”>’ . _t(‘Read the rest of this entry’) . ‘&raquo;</p>’); ?></div>

<div class=”js-kit-rating” starColor=”Blue”></div>
<script src=”

<?php link_pages(‘<p><strong>’ . _t(‘Pages’) . ‘:</strong> ‘, ‘</p>’, _t(‘number’)); ?>

Instant 5 star ratings

1118 ratings

Your Rating

Add a live rating widget to any site with two lines of HTML:

<div class="js-kit-rating"></div>
<script src="http://js-kit.com/ratings.js"></script>

It is that easy! Nothing else is needed, really.

  1. Cool – the “Digg It” badge actually works! This is the first thing I had “Digged” since I added the widget two days ago.

  2. Khris (cool spelling of the name, BTW!) – thanks – I’ll look at the new tools.

Any plans to make a WordPress Sidebar Widget that shows me what the most popular posts are? I am assuming that’s kind of what you are thinking of when it comes to monetizing this.

Please keep me in mind as a tester if you do – I have a lot of SW testing in my background šŸ™‚

And thanks for the free rankings – they were easy to add, and you can’t beat free AND easy!

  3. Thanks for your posting on JS-Kit!

By the way, we also have a Comment widget
and just released a Polls widget.

Both are free and easy to intall šŸ™‚
