Wow. $267 million of your taxpayer dollars. I bet I could get this done for half that price!
The U.S. Army awarded Northrop Grumman Corp. a $267 million contract to develop Defense Knowledge Online (DKO), which, once complete, will serve as the entry point for all Department of Defense internal networks.
Under the terms of the task order, Los Angeles-based Northrop Grumman’s (NYSE: NOC) information technology business and its team of 15 subcontractors will provide the Department of Defense with full systems integration, application development and operations and maintenance.
