Kami sent me a birthday greeting (not sure that link will work).
It had me laughing my ass off! Why? Because of one line that Kami couldn’t know I would find so funny – “Somebody ruined my mailbox”.
It’s funny because while on my way to Shreveport my kids called to tell me someone had run over my mailbox and dragged it half a block up the street! I just laughed and laughed when I heard it.
But Monday I’ll be putting in a new mailbox. I probably won’t be laughing so much then!

By the way – my daughter called me a little bit ago to tell me that this morning someone left a brand new mailbox on our porch. It appears whoever did it felt guilty!
