One of my most fond memories (in a twisted way) was when the GM of our business unit finally agreed to let me fire a customer – a customer that spent very little money with us, but demanded a huge amount of support.  The company was bankrupt a few months later.  I didn’t feel bad for them – they were sucking the life-blood out of us, and we just weren’t getting a fair shake in return.

I have no problem with what Sprint did.

I praise Sprint for the move.  If the relationship isn’t working it is best for everyone to end it
