I’ve always like Mark Cuban’s blog. I love his take on how companies should listen to customers – basically, they should join their customers! Imagine. A company spending time with their customers, in the customer element, and not in a focus group… imagine what they could teach you!
Maybe they should take a step back , or better yet a step up and sit with their customers and watch how they act during a game. Its much more rewarding than sitting through a focus group.
