There is no such thing as “Government money”

“You cannot legislate the poor into freedom by legislating the wealthy out of freedom.  What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.  The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.  When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend, is about the end of any nation.  You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.”

“You are such a drama queen”

You haven’t seen HALF of it! ;-)

And I love you too!

(But seriously: who are you going to quote next? Fred Phelps?)

You are such a drama queen (love you anyway). But really – I read about him on Wikipedia – disagree with almost everything he said – but I agree with everything he said in the quote I referenced.

Yeah, let’s stop unemployment payments immediately! Screw those poor lazy bastards! (never mind that there ARE no jobs, thanks to a recession predominantly caused by rich greedy criminals!)

Brrr … what an ultra-right-wing nuttery!

And you, quoting an ultra right wing fundamentalist Southern Baptist religious leader of the grassroots movement ‘Conservative Resurgence’???
Jeepers, Rob, what are you smoking?

Btw, you only mentioned the guy’s birth year. He died in 2005.
