Not only really people - but people in the US, that speak my language that DO NOT read from a script - they actually listen to what I have to tell them before they make me do everything I have already tried three times.  People that listen when I tell them, &quot;OK, I&#039;ve been working with computers for 30 years.  I KNOW the problem isn&#039;t on my end&quot;
