Not only really people - but people in the US, that speak my language that DO NOT read from a script - they actually listen to what I have to tell them before they make me do everything I have already tried three times. People that listen when I tell them, "OK, I've been working with computers for 30 years. I KNOW the problem isn't on my end" Refreshing!
